Sandrine has been a master Pilates educator for over 20 years, with a deep commitment to preserving the integrity of Joseph Pilates’ original method. Combining classical principles with a remedial, client-centred approach, she champions controlled, purposeful movement over performative trends.
Her teaching style is unique: she doesn’t just teach exercises — she teaches how to teach. She spends time building each instructor’s confidence, helping them develop their own voice, style, and presence. Her mission is to produce not just knowledgeable instructors, but truly exceptional, authentic teachers who stand out in the industry.
