Marbella's #1 workout
Half the class is on the treadmill, half on the floor. Don’t want to run? Take a Double Strength spot — you’ll skip the cardio and get a deeper session on the floor. Same intensity, different shape.

Choose your challenge.
Start on the treadmill or take a Double Strength spot and stay on the floor. However you train, expect 50 minutes of high energy strength and endurance designed to push you further.

Y50 Glutes + Abs
A high energy strength and cardio workout combining treadmill intervals with focused floor based training. The session places greater emphasis on glutes and core while keeping the pace high throughout.
You’ll leave feeling activated, and strong.

Y50 Full Body
A complete strength and cardio workout combining treadmill intervals with full body floor based training. Expect a balanced session designed to challenge your strength, endurance and overall fitness from start to finish.
You’ll leave feeling accomplished and recharged.

Y50 Lower Body + Abs
A high energy strength and cardio workout combining treadmill intervals with floor based training. The session places greater focus on lower body and core work while still delivering a complete workout.
You’ll leave feeling strong and fully worked.

Y50 Upper Body
A strength and cardio workout combining treadmill intervals with focused floor based training. The session places greater emphasis on upper body work, balanced with challenging runs to build strength, stamina and overall fitness.
You’ll leave feeling powerful and energised.
Sculpt where you want it.
Compound lifts paired with targeted accessory work hit every major muscle group in a single session. You leave feeling worked top to bottom.
Run and lift, or stay on the floor — your call.
A 50/50 split between treadmill intervals and floor-based strength means you don't have to pick. Heart rate up, muscles loaded, all inside fifty minutes.
Total body sculpt
A balanced mix of treadmill intervals and strength training challenges every part of the body. Build power, improve endurance and leave feeling stronger all over.
Any Y50 class is fine for first-timers — the format is the same across the variants. Tell the instructor at the door, take a Double Strength spot if you’d rather skip the run, and pick a weight you can actually move with form.
Y50 builds in the cardio so you don’t need to do separate sessions. The 50/50 split means you leave with both heart-rate-trained conditioning and real strength work in one class.
Book a Double Strength spot when you reserve. You’ll skip the treadmill entirely and spend the full fifty minutes on the floor, splitting between two strength stations.
Yes. Coaches scale weights, pace and form cues in real time. Tell the coach when you arrive that it’s your first Y50 and they’ll set you up.
We recommend speaking with your doctor or midwife before taking part in Y50 during pregnancy.
If you’ve been cleared to exercise, please let your coach know that you’re pregnant before class so they can suggest appropriate modifications where needed. Y50 is a high-intensity strength and endurance workout, train within your own limits and follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
