Yours Infrared Studio
  • Heat that lengthens, not punishes.

The room sits between 35 and 38°C — warm enough that your muscles soften the moment you walk in, gentle enough that you can move through 50 minutes without overheating. The infrared works on the body, not just the air, so every stretch goes a little further than it would in a cool studio.

  • Built around the props.

Weighted balls, sliders, magic circles, light dumbbells. The props force the slow, precise contractions that make Pilates work — and stop you from rushing through the moves. Low impact, but you'll feel everything.

  • Sweat is the point.

Infrared heat amplifies what your body's already doing — heart rate up, calorie burn higher, muscles staying warm and reactive between sets. You'll leave looking like you've worked for it.

The studio is safely warmed to between 35–38°C using infrared technology. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat warms your body directly rather than heating the air around you — creating the perfect environment for a deep, detoxifying sweat, higher calorie burn, and faster recovery.
